Licensed Vocational Nurse

We are a Home Health Agency currently seeking Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our nursing team. THis opening will provide an opportunity to be responsible for performing patient-oriented procedures under the supervision of a Clinican or Registered Nurese (RN) to ensure that patient’s receive appropriate care. Various shifts available, including weekends. Skilled care includes but is not limited to, vitals, care of G-Tubes, Foley Catheter’s, Medication Management, total care of non ambulatory patients.

Occupational Therapist

Advanced Home Health is looking for a PT/PD Occupational Therapist. In the Auburn Area

This person must be able to assess and evaluate therapeutic/rehab.function status, and participate in the development of the total care plan.

This person must have (2) years experience as a occupational therapist. Community/home health experience is perferred. Demonstrates good verbal and written communication and organization skills.

Registered Nurse
