We are a Home Health Agency currently seeking Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our nursing team. THis opening will provide an opportunity to be responsible for performing patient-oriented procedures under the supervision of a Clinican or Registered Nurese (RN) to ensure that patient’s receive appropriate care. Various shifts available, including weekends. Skilled care includes but is not limited to, vitals, care of G-Tubes, Foley Catheter’s, Medication Management, total care of non ambulatory patients.
Positions open for registered nurses. PT/PD positions available. In the Auburn and Sacramento Area. Home Health experience perferred. Excellent pay and great benefits. Registered Nurse must provide a current nursing license.

This person must have (2) years experience as a physical therapist. Community/home health experience is perferred. Demonstrates good verbal and written communication and organization skills.
