Advanced Home Health is looking for a PT/PD physical therapist. In the Auburn and Sacramento Area
This person must be able to assess and evaluate therapeutic/rehab.function status, and participate in the development of the total care plan.
This person must have (2) years experience as a physical therapist. Community/home health experience is perferred. Demonstrates good verbal and written communication and organization skills.
